Directions for: Fresh Tuna With Sprouts And A Citrus Soya Dressing
Ingredients
Citrus Soy Dressingtsp finely chopped fresh ginger
juice of one lime
juice of one lemon
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
tsp mustard powder
cup rice wine vinegar
cup peanut oil
Tuna8 oz fresh tuna
1 small head Boston lettuce, washed and torn into bite sized pieces
1 cup bean sprouts
2 green onion, chopped
1 small chili pepper, seeded, chopped
1 pink grapefruit, cut into segments
Directions
Citrus Soy Dressing1. Combine all dressing ingredients together. Whisk together well.
Tuna1. Rub both sides of tuna with about 2 tablespoons of the dressing.
2. Cook tuna over high heat on a grill or under the broiler for about 4 minutes on each side. Set aside.
3. Add green onions and chopped pepper to the remaining dressing.
4. Arrange lettuce and sprouts on a plate. Place tuna on top of lettuce and sprouts. Drizzle liberally with dressing and garnish with grapefruit segments.
