Directions for: Grilled Asian Chicken
Ingredients
cup Miracle Whip Dressing
cup hoisin sauce
3 Tbsp Soya sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp each fresh ginger, finely chopped*
1 Tbsp each fresh garlic, finely chopped*
tsp cayenne or red pepper flakes
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lb/625 g)
tsp * Or use 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each: ground ginger and garlic powder.
Directions
1. COMBINE dressing, sauces and seasonings. Divide mixture into thirds.
2. MARINATE chicken in 1/3 cup of dressing mixture for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours in refrigerator. Discard excess marinade.
3. GRILL or broil 10 to 15 minutes or until done, brushing with second portion of sauce. Serve with remaining sauce.
