Incredible Beef Resepi - Herbed Couscous

Herbed Couscous
This quick and easy side from Roger Mooking is perfect for a BBQ or picnic.
Directions for: Herbed Couscous

Ingredients

1 cup couscous

cup olive oil

salt

1 cup water, boiled

cup oregano, roughly chopped

2 Tbsp thyme, roughly chopped

Directions

1. In a large bowl, place couscous, olive oil and salt in a large bowl. Pour water over couscous and cover with plastic wrap.

2. Once couscous has absorbed all of the water, approximately 15 minutes, remove plastic wrap and fluff with a fork.

3. Add herbs and set aside until ready to serve.
