Beer Baby Back Ribs

Directions for: Beer Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

Ribs and Marinade

4 lb(s) pork baby back ribs

1 12-oz bottle Steam Whistle Pilsner

2 oranges, sliced

2 shallots, sliced

6 stalks lemongrass, chopped

2 2-inch pieces ginger, peeled and grated

cup vegetable oil

cup olive oil

tsp salt

tsp pepper

Barbeque Sauce

2 Tbsp butter

1 onion, chopped

cup Steam Whistle Pilsner

4 cup ketchup

2 Tbsp lemon juice

2 Tbsp orange juice

cup cider vinegar

cup brown sugar

cup Worcestershire sauce

2 chipotle chiles, chopped

cup water

Directions

Ribs and Marinade

1. Combine all ingredients except ribs and mix well. Marinate the back ribs for 24 hours.

2. Grill on BBQ or bake in oven at 375F. Brush with BBQ sauce.

Barbeque Sauce

1. Mix all ingredients well. Brush ribs while on the grill.
