Directions for: All-In-One BBQ Pork Stir-Fry
Ingredients
cup Kraft Signature Collection Balsamic Vinaigrette
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 lb(s) pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
2 each celery, onion and apples, sliced
4 serving Prepared Minute Rice
Directions
1. COMBINE dressing and maple syrup to make a stir-fry sauce.
2. BROWN pork in a few spoonfuls of stir-fry sauce in a BBQ stir-fry pan. Add sliced vegetables and remaining sauce.
3. STIR-FRY over high heat for 5-10 min or until veggies are tender and meat is cooked. Remove from heat. Serve over rice.
