
Directions for: Simon & Garfunkel Burgers
Ingredients
onion, peeled and finely grated
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard ( I used Kozliks Horseradish mustard)
1-2 tbsp each, fresh parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme
Salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
cup fresh bread crumbs (I used Panko crumbs)
1 lb(s) ground turkey (or whatever ground meat you favor)
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 hamburger buns
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the onion, mustard, herbs, salt, pepper, garlic and egg and stir until combined. Stir in the breadcrumbs and crumble in the ground turkey. Toss gently until everything is combined. Shape into 4 patties.
2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat, add enough oil just to keep the meat from sticking. Add the patties and turn once or twice for 10 minutes or so.
