
Directions for: Chicken Wings With Blue Cheese Dip
Ingredients
Chicken Wings With Blue Cheese2 lb(s) chicken wings
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp Sambal
cup ketchup
cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp minced garlic
Blue Cheese Dip6 oz Gorgonzola, crumbled
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
cup chopped parsley
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
Directions
Chicken Wings With Blue Cheese1. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil.
2. Simmer the chicken wings for 10 minutes. Remove from water and drain on a paper towel.
3. In a mixing bowl mix together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, chilli powder and Sambal.
4. Add chicken wings and toss to coat.
5. Refrigerate and allow to marinate for at least 3 hours.
6. Preheat gill to high.
7. Cook chicken wings on a lightly oiled grill for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
8. Place on a large serving platter and serve immediately with blue cheese sauce on the side.
9. Makes about 2-3 dozen wings.
Blue Cheese Dip1. Add cheese, mayo and sour cream in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix to incorporate & add chopped parsley, vinegar and lemon juice. Mix well.
3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
