Directions for: My Very Best Salmon
Ingredients
4 salmon, fillets
cup rye whiskey
cup vegetable broth
4 Tbsp light soy sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp garlic powder
tsp pepper
Directions
1. Preheat grill.
2. Place fillets in a shallow pan. Mix together all the other ingredients. Pour over the salmon. Marinate for at least 2 hours. Turn the fillets in the marinade occasionally.
3. Grill salmon 5 minutes or until cooked through. Turn and grill for 3 minute more. Serve immediately.
