
Directions for: Bacchus Rum Punch with Ontario Bosc Pears and Ginger Beer
Ingredients
Bottle of Rum
Ice
Bosc or other ripe, sweet and juicy pear quartered with stem and seeds removed
Ginger Beer or Champagne Cola
Directions
1. In a blender, add a handful of ice and for each small pear add a shot of rum. Puree until smooth.
2. Start a tall glass with a couple of ounces of Ginger Beer or Champagne Cola and then fill with the pear and rum smoothy mixture.
