Directions for: Payne's BBQ Coleslaw

Ingredients

1 head green cabbage, roughly chopped

2 Tbsp yellow mustard

2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

4 Tbsp brown sugar

2 Tbsp white sugar

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp black pepper

Directions

1. Place cabbage in a food processor and process until finely chopped.

2. To make a dressing for the coleslaw, combine yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, white sugar, onion powder, and black pepper.

3. Stir dressing into the chopped cabbage.

4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and serve as a side with your favourite barbecue dish!
