Directions for: Grilled Teriyaki Steak & Vegetables
Ingredients
1 pot Knorr Homestyle Stock - Beef
1 cup (250 mL) finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp (30 mL) firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
2 tsp (10 mL) reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
1 lb(s) (450 g) boneless flank steak
4 cup (1 L) assorted cut-up fresh vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini and/or yellow squash)
Directions
1. Combine Knorr Homestyle Stock - Beef, onion, brown sugar, oil, soy sauce and garlic in medium bowl.
2. Rub 1/2 of the stock mixture on both sides of steak; set aside. Toss vegetables with remaining mixture.
3. Grill or broil steak and vegetables until desired doneness.
4. For extra flavor, let steak and vegetables marinate 30 minutes before grilling.
