Directions for: Salad with Frothy Cream Dressing
Ingredients
cup 35% cream
12 cup garden-fresh curly endive, torn into bite-size pieces
4 green onions, chopped (or chives)
4 tomatoes, sliced into thin wedges
salt and pepper
Directions
1. In a bowl, whip the cream until slightly thickened and foamy. Season with salt and pepper. In a large salad bowl, toss the vegetables with the cream. Adjust the seasoning.
