Directions for: Spicy Grilled Atlantic Salmon Sandwich
Ingredients
Spicy Grilled Atlantic Salmon2 5 oz Atlantic Salmon (boneless, skinless)
1-2 tbsp canned chipotle peppers, pureed
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chipotle Tartar Saucecup coleslaw
3 Tbsp chipotle tartar sauce (1 part tartar sauce with part of chipotle puree)
4 large pieces of Butter leaf Lettuce
2 large soft bread rolls, halved
12 large onion rings, deep-fried
Directions
Spicy Grilled Atlantic Salmon1. Preheat char broiler or BBQ grill. Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Place the salmon onto the pre-heated grill and baste with the chipotle puree. Cook the salmon fillet on each side for approximately 4-5 minutes. Once grilled on both sides, remove from heat.
3. Lightly toast the bread roll on the grill and remove from heat. Spread each side of the toasted bread with the chipotle tartar sauce. Add the butter leaf lettuce and grilled salmon to the toasted bread, top with the coleslaw and serve with the fried onion rings.
