Directions for: Roasted Corn
Ingredients
4 cobs of corn
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
Directions
1. Cut niblets off the husk. In a large pot of boiling water with a teaspoon of sugar blanch niblets until tender. Immediately immerse in an ice bath. Drain corn and place on a paper towel to allow to dry.
2. In a large fry pan over medium high heat, melt butter. Add corn and cook , tossing occasionally to ensure the corn does not burn, until is golden brown. Season with a little salt and pepper. Keep warm until ready to use.
