Directions for: Jerome's Rambunctious Ribs
Ingredients
2 full slabs of pork ribs
2 Tbsp whole celery seed (McCormack Whole Celery Seed)
1 pkg tex mex marinade
1 bottle barbecue sauce (Bulls-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce)
1 bottle honey smoke barbecue sauce (Bulls-Eye Golden Honey Smoke barbecue sauce)
3 Tbsp pure honey
Directions
1. Rinse the ribs with cold water and place them in a large pot of water.
2. Add enough water to pot to cover the ribs.
3. Bring to a boil and add celery seed and tex mex marinade.
4. Gently boil until tender, approximately one hour.
5. Drain approximately 3/4 of the water.
6. Add barbecue sauce and honey smoke barbecue sauce and simmer for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Serve with sides of your choice.
