There is nothing like a thick steak of tuna, and with mango and coconut salsa it is divine!
Directions for: Grilled Tuna with Caribbean Salsa
Ingredients
Grilled Tuna4 tuna steaks
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Caribbean Salsa1 red pepper, seeded and small diced
1 mango, skin and pit removed and small diced
4 green onions, finely sliced
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced and zested
cup toasted coconut
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Directions
Grilled Tuna1. Preheat your grill to its highest setting. Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper and rub with oil. Grill for a few minutes on each side. For best results leave the center slightly cool and still red.
Caribbean Salsa1. Toss all the salsa ingredients together until well combined.
