Directions for: Grilled Italian Vegetables
Ingredients
cup Miracle Whip Dressing
cup Kraft Classic Zesty Italian Dressing
2 2 green zucchini, cut in half lengthwise
2 2 yellow zucchini, cut in half lengthwise
2 red, green or yellow peppers, cut into quarters
Directions
1. MIX dressings together until blended.
2. LIGHTLY SCORE cut sides of vegetables; brush one side with salad dressing mixture.
3. PLACE vegetables, dressing side up, on grill and barbecue 6 minutes. Turn; brush with dressing mixture. Barbecue 6 minutes longer or until tender.
Kraft Kitchens Tip:
Vegetables can be grilled under the broiler.
