Ingredients
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted
cup cup Miracle Whip Dressing, divided
4 green onions, sliced
cup chopped jalapeno peppers, seeded
4 (8-inch) flour tortilla
1 can (14 oz) refried beans
2 tomatoes, chopped
cup chunky salsa
1 cup grated Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1. MASH avocado, half the salad dressing and half the onions.
2. MIX remaining salad dressing and jalapenos.
3. PLACE one tortilla on serving plate; cover with beans and second tortilla.
4. TOP with avocado mixture, third tortilla, 1 tomato, and salsa and remaining tortilla.
5. COVER with jalapeno mixture. Sprinkle with cheese, remaining onions and tomato.
