Directions for: Grilled Radicchio
Ingredients
3 Tbsp (45ml) olive oil
1 Tbsp (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp (15 ml) dijon mustard
2 splash worcestershire sauce
1 dash of salt and pepper
Directions
1. Cut radicchio lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices removing the core.
2. Combine ingredient for the mairnade and pour over slices letting them soak for a few minutes before placing on grill or BBQ.
3. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes on each side continuing to baste with marinade.
