2 Tbsp chili powder

1 Tbsp ground cumin

2 tsp cornstarch

2 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp hot smoked paprika

1 tsp ground coriander

tsp cayenne pepper

1. Put all of the ingredients in a small jar and shake to combine. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
