Directions for: Grilled Chicken Provencal
Ingredients
Marinade2 small cloves garlic, minced
tsp Dijon mustard
cup honey
cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
2 Tbsp herbes de Provence
coarse salt and pepper
Poussins2 whole poussin
1 Tbsp oil, canola, for rubbing poussins, plus more for oiling grill
coarse salt, and freshly ground pepper
Directions
Marinade1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and put it in a large bowl.
2. Add the poussins and turn to coat with the marinade.
Poussins1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Rub poussins lightly all over with oil and season with some salt and pepper.
3. Put the poussins in a roasting pan and put them in the oven.
4. Roast the poussins about 35 minutes or until done.
5. Serve with Provencal-style vegetables.
