Directions for: Fiesta Burgers
Ingredients
1 lb(s) lean ground beef
7/10 cup crushed corn chips
cup chili sauce
4 Kraft Singles Process Cheese Food slices
4 hard rolls, split
Lettuce
Red onion slices
Guacamole
Chopped tomato
Directions
1. COMBINE meat, chips and half of chili sauce; mix lightly. Shape into 4 patties; place on rack of broiler pan. Grill on both sides to desired doneness.
2. TOP with cheese slices; grill until cheese begins to melt.
3. SPREAD rolls with remaining chili sauce. For each sandwich, cover bottom half of roll with lettuce, onion and patty. Top with remaining ingredients, additional chips and top half of roll.
